  Good location but.....

  Rented an office unit at QSentral for 5 years. There are many R&R you need to follow from the building management. So many application forms you need to submit for approval before your contractor can start work, do expect delays. Also, there are many crack lines on the main wall for most of the units. We were quite surprised that for such a new building, already shows crack lines everwhere. We were concern of our safety although the mgmt rest assure us that it is safe to work in the building.

  Easy access

  Q Sentral has worked out so well for me. On one side is KL Sentral connecting Q Sentral to the rest of the city and a little further on the other side is the beautiful Perdana Botanical Gardens. I try to pop by the Gardens on the weekends if I've got the time. The office itself is easily accessible, has nice facilities, plus the elevators and toilets etc are very well maintained.

  Contemporary office

  I like working at Q Sentral. It’s a thoroughly contemporary office building with good space for offices and also ensures that employee comfort is at its core. There are many lounge areas, a gym so I don’t miss a workout and there’s even a game room if you're into that sort of thing. It's located smack bang in the transportation hub so if you've just got a job and are worried about how convenient it will be, you don’t need to. I’ve been working here for over a year and find it very comfortable.

  It's a fine office space

  As far as modern office buildings go, Q Sentral is right up there. I rented a space here since it's linked to KL Sentral. The good connectivity ensures a constant stream of talent to our offices and low attrition at our company. The large lobby and glass facades bring in natural light into the office and there’s plenty of parking space too.
