  Calm Living in Waterside environment

  I moved into a seaview apartment here over a year ago. Every morning I see sunrise behind Bukit Mertajam, people running and walking their dogs. Sometimes later in the morning, a family of dolphins could be seen swimming by, their fins breaking the surface of the water and revealing their glistening bodies. Sea birds would fly by. I start my day with coffee and breakfast, taking the environment in. The facilities are adequate and very convenient. Architectural designs are aesthetically pleasing. The Western expats living here are friendly, unlike further in Georgetown where colonial era Nazi-Apartheid racists are plenty. Hence top scores for an Ideal home.

  Luxurious Living at Queens Residences

  I recently rented at Queens Residences, which is part of Queens Waterfront, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. The shops in the Queensbay area are superb, and the view from the restaurants is breathtaking. I would highly recommend Queens Residences to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living experience.

  Convenience at Queens Waterfront

  As a resident of the Queens Waterfront condominiums, I am thrilled to have a Village Grocer outlet inside the complex. It makes grocery shopping so convenient and easy. I also love being able to enjoy a meal or drink at one of the many restaurants in the area without having to travel far. Queens Waterfront truly has it all!

  Luxury Living at Queens Waterfront

  I recently moved to Queens Waterfront and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The high-end condos are stunning, and the view from the restaurants is simply breathtaking. Plus, having the Village Grocer right downstairs is a game-changer. I highly recommend Queens Waterfront to anyone looking for a luxurious living experience.
