  Value that still makes sense

  Bought subsale and still feel it’s worth it. Maintenance is reasonable and facilities are comparable to newer condos. The gym and sauna are surprisingly well maintained.

  Great for growing kids

  The playground and kindergarten downstairs make life so convenient with two young kids. Schools nearby were a big reason we chose this place. Weekend BBQs and the garden pavilion are family favourites.

  Peaceful above OKR

  Love the calm vibe here despite being near busy roads. The infinity pool and yoga lawn are my go-to after work. OUG Plaza and clinics are super close, so daily errands are easy. Security feels solid and the place is well kept even after years.
