  My beautiful space

  We received the keys to our astrea home last month, and we are pleased with how everything turned out. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the amenities are well maintained. The Sky Lounge and Wading pool are the highlights for us. The management team responds quickly whenever we need help. It feels nice to see our family settled in such a peaceful and comfortable place.

  Our New Home

  We moved into astrea a few weeks ago, and it already feels like home. The surroundings are peaceful, and the layout is very family-friendly. The finishing work inside our unit is neat, and everything looks well-planned. The common areas are clean, and the security staff are helpful. We are happy with our decision to book a unit here.

  Comfort in every corner

  I like that Residensi Astrea in Mont’ Kiara feels bright and spacious, with lots of windows and practical layouts. The three to four bedroom units have handy kitchens with built‑in cabinets, and the north‑south orientation helps keep things cool and breezy. The common areas really stand out with facilities on two key floors. On the 8th floor there's a splash playground, Jacuzzi, BBQ pavilions, a reflective pool, and picnic lawns. Up on the 36th floor you get a sky gym, sky lounge, yoga deck, and nice seating areas.

  My little peaceful home

  So far the modern living option was good for me. The units are well designed, the property gives a comfortable feel. Facilities are well considered and the quality of furniture is up to standard. But, the environment doesn’t really reflect the nature-based image that was portrayed. There is ongoing construction nearby, so there’s some noise, dust, and disturbance. Other than this all is good here.

  Nothing fancy, just calm and comfort

  I’ve been checking out Residensi Astrea, and honestly, it’s shaping up pretty well. The location’s prime, right in Mont’Kiara, and because it’s just one tower, the vibe feels a bit more laid-back, not too packed. The developer seems to know what people want-unit comes with kitchen cabinets, hood, hob, and air-conds in the rooms, which is always a nice touch. There's a whole deck with playground, basketball/tennis court, jacuzzi, BBQ pavilion, and chill-out spots. Then, on the rooftop, you get a sky gym, yoga deck, lounge, and more greenery to lepak with a view. Two levels of leisure, quite thoughtful. Everything you need is nearby, supermarkets, schools, clinics, all within walking distance.
