  Place That Works For Us

  My sister and I have been living at Residensi Bintawa Riverfront for about six months now. The place is still quite new, so most things are in good condition. Walls, floors, and fittings all clean and neat when I moved in. No major problems inside the unit so far. What I really like is the view. It’s near the river, you get nice breeze and peaceful feeling, especially in the evening. Sometimes I just sit at the balcony and relax. It’s quiet most of the time, not much traffic noise around.

  Feels So Quiet Here

  Residensi Bintawa Riverfront looks promising if you want city access and a calm setting. Sitting right by the Sarawak River, the views alone caught my eye. A community hall, surau, and nursery are on-site, which is handy when friends or family visit. Shops and schools are close enough for daily needs, and traffic into Kuching hasn’t been an issue in my trips so far.

  I found more calm here than I expected to

  Residensi Bintawa Riverfront gives off a calm, refreshing vibe, right by the river, so you get that peaceful, close-to-nature feeling, but still just a short drive from Kuching city. Over the past year, seeing it take shape has been quite exciting. The area feels like it’s growing into a relaxed yet connected community. It doesn’t feel too remote or overly busy-just the right balance. The modern look blends nicely with the natural surroundings, and overall, it seems like a solid option for those wanting a laid-back lifestyle without giving up urban convenience.
