Residensi Kerinchi Launching Details

Residensi Kerinchi was formerly a flat apartment called Flat Empat Tingkat that only had one bedroom or ‘studio’ units, between the year of 1971 to the year of 2010, until Suez Capital SDN BHD came in and developed it into the Residensi Kerinchi today. The project costed about RM600 million and the launching price for each unit was ranged between RM350K to RM400K.
