  More than I asked for

  While the property is mainly aimed at lower to middle income buyers, I think I got more than I could ask for. A lovely 900 sqft apartment with a spacious master bedroom and a cozy bedroom for my child, this apartment fits our family like a glove. The third bedroom was converted into a study by my husband during the pandemic. He works from home now.

  Huge living room!

  When we were scouting for apartments, all I insisted on was a large living room as I prefer that the family spends time in this space rather than in their bedrooms. Residensi Pandanmas 2 has all that, plus a nice balcony to soak in the view. My son goes to Taylor’s international school, less than 15 minutes away and I do my shopping at Tesco. The property isn't too far from Sunway Velocity, Ikea and MyTown where the family goes regularly.

  Beautiful views out of my apartment

  Earlier we had never lived in a high-rise apartment so my wife was a little apprehensive about purchasing an apartment at Residensi Pandanmas 2. But it’s been less than a year since we moved in and now most of her free time after work is spent in the balcony enjoying the view. Since we live on the 32nd floor, the views are unhindered and panoramic. The property is located in an excellent location with easy access to malls, supermarkets and banks.
