  For me, this is a solid choice as a first property. Freehold is a big plus, and I don’t need something too huge. Everything looks neat and modern enough.

  Close to town, still affordable

  I checked a few projects, but most were too pricey. This one is still within budget, and the accessibility looks fine. Hoping the workmanship will be good when it’s ready.

  Great value for a new home

  I just booked a unit and feel it’s worth the price. The layout is simple but practical, and the location near JB city centre works for me. Excited to see the finished project.
