  Great for expats

  As a Singaporean working here, I like being near the transport hub. Clean facilities and easy access to highways. Most days I don’t need a car.

  Compact but smart

  Bought the studio as my first investment. Small but well designed. Strong rental demand thanks to the KL Sentral location. Happy with the returns so far.

  City life sorted

  Moved in last year and honestly love the convenience. I can walk to KL Sentral and hop on the monorail without worrying about traffic. My dual key unit works great since I rent out one side. Facilities like the infinity pool and gym are well maintained. For the price I paid, it feels worth it for city living.
