Super low density, peaceful condo
With only 174 units, Rosvilla is the lowest density condo are the area hands down. This means less congested lifts, corridors and facilities and faster travel to your carpark. It's very peaceful and safe here, with mostly own stay families. The management and MC here are also very efficient and serves the residents well. Guards escort visitors to their floors and even help collect parcels. Very well ventilated and gets cool breeze from the nearby hills. Easy to travel between KL and PJ by car. I've stayed here for 6 years and it's been great! -
