  Found My Comfort Zone

  We moved to Sandilands shortly after becoming parents, mainly drawn by the balance of city access and a calmer coastal atmosphere. Being close to Jalan C.Y. Choy makes daily errands and commutes much easier, which really helps with a young child. The area feels vibrant yet not too hectic, just the right mix of convenience and peace. The design of the unit is modern, and the layout works well for small families like ours.

  Feels Like Home Instantly

  I recently moved to Sandilands for my studies, and it has been a great choice. The location near Jalan C.Y. Choy makes commuting easy, and everything I need is close by. The area is lively yet peaceful, making it an ideal spot for focusing on school. The unit is modern and well-designed, perfect for student life with a comfortable, practical layout.

  Loving this Place

  I’ve been living at Sandilands for a little over a year now. It’s a high-rise with a modern look and feels way better than the older apartments I stayed in before. The unit I got was clean, bright, and had a nice open layout. The security here is quite good. Lobby and corridors are also kept clean most of the time. One of my favourite things is the view. If you stay on the higher floors, you get a full city and the view. At night, the lights from the city look amazing. Also, the breeze is strong, so even without the fan on, it feels cool.
