  Good investment

  I bought a unit here as a rental and already got tenants within two months. Young professionals like the easy access to KL and PJ. The facilities also make the place attractive for long-term stay.

  Good value for young couples

  We were looking for a starter home and Saville D’Lake fit our budget. The unit size is just right, and having retail shops downstairs makes things convenient. The access roads are busy sometimes, but overall it’s worth the price.

  Peaceful and practical

  We moved in last year and love the lake view from our balcony. The condo feels private and calm even though Puchong town is nearby. Facilities are well-kept and the kids enjoy the pool almost every evening.
