  Investment Option With Sea-View Appeal

  As an investor I like Sea Crestz: sea-view units, resort-style living, relatively premium offering for the Kuantan market (PSF~RM 859-RM 965 asking) per listings. That said: you must choose a higher floor, good view facing the sea, and check the unit type and finishing. Lower floors or blocked views may drag. Also rental yield may take time to mature because the full township activation is still happening

  Great Location & Facilities — But Leashol

  What got us in was the location within the 500-acre waterfront development (Kuantan Waterfront Resort City) with beach access and sea breeze. The lay-out choices (506 sq ft studio up to ~1,012 sq ft 3-bed) are flexible. The caution: it’s leasehold, not freehold, which means long-term value may be more sensitive. Also, because it’s a large project and still early phase, you’ll face some uncertainty about how fast rental demand or precinct activation will catch up.

  Seaside View, Resort Vibes

  We reserved a unit in Sea Crestz about a year ago. The idea of waking up to sea-views, being part of the waterfront township and surrounded by resort-style facilities feels fantastic. The developer is promising a 32-storey block on 4.3 acres with 456 units. On the flip side: completion is only due in 2028, so we're still waiting for full activation of the precinct. Meanwhile you’ll want to keep tabs on the progress, finishes and facility delivery.
