  Low-Rise Vibe, Not Crowded

  When I visited, what I liked most was that it’s only 14 floors with a moderate number of units. It doesn’t feel packed or overwhelming. The whole area feels more like an actual residential neighbourhood than a super-high-rise. Nice if you prefer a calmer environment.

  Easy to Move Around Kajang from Here

  I wasn’t expecting the location to be this convenient. From Sentral Residences, you can jump onto SILK easily, and the KTM and MRT Kajang stations aren’t far either. Pretty practical if you rely on public transport or if you’re commuting between Kajang and KL.

  Surprisingly Spacious for the Price

  I went to check out Sentral Residences I & II and honestly, the unit sizes were the first thing that caught my attention. The layouts are big — way bigger than most new condos. Facilities are all there: pool, gym, sauna, BBQ, even a mini-mart. For the price range, it feels like good value.
