  Luxury Vibe Condo

  Luxury condo but the price is quite reasonable compared to others. I was searching for my own stay since I’m still single, and this project has studio units which are just right for me. I travel back and forth to Singapore often, so it’s very convenient. The price is also cheaper than nearby projects. Can’t wait to get my keys

  Location is very good

  Super near to RTS, really a good location. Once RTS is ready, it’ll be so convenient. Since I work in Singapore, this is a much better option than going through CIQ. no jam, much easier.

  Location very near to RTS

  Location is very near to RTS, really good. Once RTS is complete, confirm will be very convenient. I’m working in Singapore, so this is definitely a better choice than going through CIQ. No traffic jam, for sure much better.

  Affordable Investment Option!

  I already have my own house, so I’m mainly looking at this one as an investment. The price is still reasonable and the facilities are quite good. With so many people going in and out of Singapore, demand should be strong. Personally, I feel the RTS project will do better than CIQ since that area is too crowded.

I visited the show unit recently and was genuinely surprised at how spacious and functional the layout felt, especially for its price point starting from RM400K. The design feels modern, practical, and thoughtfully planned for daily living. What really sets it apart is the walking distance to the upcoming RTS Link, a huge advantage for those commuting to Singapore. As someone who frequently travels across the border, this feature alone makes Senyum Residence incredibly attractive. The project is nestled in a growing area but still offers peaceful surroundings, with easy access to key roads and amenities in JB town.
