When I checked out Senzvilles, I liked that it comes with a full set of shared facilities — pool, gym, jogging track, landscaped gardens, BBQ area, even 24-hour security. The block is tall (34 storeys) but you still get enough privacy and the common areas feel well maintained. It gives a nice balance of convenience and relaxed living without being overpriced.

I went to view a 3-bedroom unit at Senzvilles and for the price it feels like a very fair deal. The built-up (around 1,080 sq ft) is just right — not too small — and the price tag makes it accessible if you want to stay in Sungai Ara without overspending. For a first home or a value-conscious buy, this definitely feels worth it.
