  Enjoying My Own Space

  As a single owner, I wanted a home where I could have my own space while still having facilities available when I felt like being active or social. I booked a unit at Seputeh Heights because the overall setting felt more established and settled compared with some of the newer properties I had viewed. I also like that the perimeter fencing gives the residential area a defined boundary. For my lifestyle, the facilities provide enough variety without making the property feel overly busy.

  Good For Home Gatherings

  I wanted enough facilities to make staying at home more enjoyable. The barbeque area was a major attraction for me as I often invite relatives over during weekends. The lounge gives us another space to continue chatting when we want a break from the gathering. I also noticed that the badminton hall provides an option for guests who prefer some activity instead of sitting around. The perimeter fencing adds a sense of separation between the residential area and the outside surroundings. Overall, I feel the facilities suit a relaxed lifestyle without requiring much planning.

  Convenient For Errands

  I booked a unit here because I wanted a place where daily errands would not feel difficult. Having a mini mart within the property is useful when I need something quickly without making a separate trip. The lounge also gives me a simple place to sit and unwind after work. For an older condominium, I like how practical the surroundings still feel.
