  Skyz Residence sits in Puchong Jaya, and access is pretty smooth via multiple highways — LDP, Bukit Jalil Highway, KESAS, etc. Also, malls, groceries, medical centres and public transport stations are not far, so daily life feels convenient without long commutes.

  The units I saw ranged around 1,170 to 1,650 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms — roomy enough for small families or shared living. The layouts felt sensible and not cramped, and for a freehold condo with all those facilities, it seems like good value.

  I visited Sky Condominium (Skyz Residence) and what I liked first was the resort-like setup — there’s a big landscaped deck among the towers, with lounge areas, pools, gym, and multiple recreational spots. It feels more like living in a resort than a typical condo block.

  After moving into Sky Condominium, we can confidently say that it is the best freehold condo for own stay. The level of workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding, creating a truly luxurious and peaceful living environment. As a couple with demanding jobs, we appreciate the convenience of living here - it only takes us 25 minutes to commute to Kelana Jaya, even during peak hours. The condo's design ensures a breezy and airy atmosphere, with ample natural light brightening up every corner. And let's not forget the unobstructed view of the KLCC, which never fails to impress.

  Sky Condominium is very beautiful. I am a fan of luxury. The top-notch 6-tiers security guarding my 5-star hotel-style house gives me peace of mind and helps me enjoy the comfort of the place. Even outside, the massive common area provides ample space for me to chill or work with my laptop.

  A Delightful Retreat: The Perfect Family Geta

  Staying at Sky Condominium is an absolute delight! The premium feel and the lush green surroundings make it a perfect choice for our family. We have regular family gatherings here, and it's always a joy to be in such a sociable environment. The best part is that we don't even have to leave the condo to find something for everyone. I personally enjoy practicing yoga, my husband loves playing badminton nearby, and our kids can't get enough of the swimming pool. It truly caters to all our needs!
