  When I visited, I saw Skypod offers a solid set of shared facilities — swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi/sauna, kids’ pool, play areas, BBQ spot, reflexology paths, even a wading pool and communal lounge areas. Living there feels more relaxed, like it covers many lifestyle needs without needing to travel far.

  I looked at Skypod Residence and what stood out was that it’s a freehold serviced residence, but still quite affordable compared with many newer condos in Puchong. Units start from modest sizes (around 630 sq ft) up to more spacious layouts — so there’s flexibility depending on what you need. Makes it a reasonably accessible option if you want condo-living without breaking the bank.
