  Nice Views & Breezy Environment — But a B

  What I love most about Skyridge is the view — depending on your unit, you get hillside, greenery, or even a bit of sea. Mornings are breezy and peaceful. The only trade-off is the location; it’s tucked slightly deeper inside Mount Erskine, so you do feel the distance from the main road especially if you don’t drive. But once you’re home, it feels like a quiet escape from the city.

  Good Community & Family-Friendly, But Fin

  I’ve lived here long enough to appreciate that the security team is friendly, neighbours are respectful, and the whole community has a calm feeling. My move-in experience was smooth too. But I’ll be real — the workmanship inside some units isn’t perfect. A few minor finishing issues here and there. Nothing deal-breaking, just something you notice when you look closely.

  Huge Space, Great Facilities — Feels Like a M

  I’ve stayed at Skyridge Garden for a bit and honestly, the space here is the biggest win. The units are really large compared to most new Penang condos, and the whole vibe feels like a resort — big pool, lots of greenery, and tons of facilities. It’s quiet, the air feels fresh, and the common areas are kept pretty clean. If you like a peaceful, spacious home, this place definitely delivers.

  Very nice condo for families

  From the day I went to view the property until the day we moved in, everything went smoothly. The saleperson, Pelly, was very polite and patient and so other OHM staff. The management staff are friendly and helpful, and the security are very tight. The residents as well are friendly. I love every aspect of it especially the design. The wet kitchen is open and separated from the dry kitchen. The buildings are located next to each other, giving more privacy as the living room and master bedroom are not facing the other unit.

  The best premium condo!

  From the viewing day until moving in day, everything went smoothly . The residents were friendly and the security was very tight. Highly recommended for families

  Skyridge Garden.

  Location is a bit distance from main road which is fits for us. Facilities are variative enough ...hewever the units & building qualities are quite below expectation on constructions standards.
