There have been occasional fuss about maintenance and build-quality complaints among certain owners. If you're picky about premium finishing, it might feel a little ‘average condo-grade’.   Lake-side Condo Living — Calm, Spacious &

  I moved into Skyvilla @ D’Island a few years ago and what struck me first was the calmness. The place is on a lake-front, surrounded by water and greenery — it doesn’t feel like a typical concrete jungle. Mornings are quiet, there’s good breeze, and it feels almost like living in a resort more than a city condo.
