Mixed Resident Reviews
I chatted with a few residents and found a mix of opinions. Some say it’s “a very nice condo” — facilities are okay, common areas are maintained, and transport links (highways + public transport) make it manageable. But others are more blunt: one review sums it up as ‘worst condo ever’, complaining about poor management, awkward unit layouts, and disappointing build/finishing quality. So honestly — I think it’s a “what you get is what you get” kind of place: if you manage expectations (and check carefully before signing), it can be decent. But it’s not luxury — it’s more budget/mid-range condo living.

Good Value in Old Klang Road
I moved into SkyVille 8 a while back and what I appreciate is that it’s freehold, the units are mid-sized (around 950–1,050 sq ft for typical 2+1 layouts), and for what you pay, you get a full set of shared facilities — pool, gym, clubhouse, BBQ & leisure areas, even a minimart at ground floor. For a condo along Old Klang Road / Jalan Klang Lama, this feels like a decent balance of comfort, convenience, and value.
