  Purchased Sofiya as a buy-to-let investment. The location brings steady rental demand and the quality of the building attracts reliable tenants. Rental yield has been consistent and management is professional enough that it runs relatively hands-off. The unit sizes are generous which helps justify rental pricing. Good long-term hold in a solid neighbourhood.

  Low-density and well-maintained — great for f

  We moved to Sofiya with our two kids and we're very happy. The low-density nature of the development means the pool and playground are never overcrowded — a huge bonus. The kids have space to play and the compound feels very safe. Schools and amenities are reachable by car in minutes. The management team has been professional and quick to resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend for families.

  Quiet and comfortable condo in a great locati

  Sofiya has been a pleasant home for the past year. The units are well-proportioned and the finishes are solid. What I appreciate most is how quiet and well-managed the building is — not overcrowded, security is attentive, and maintenance is prompt. The location is convenient with good highway access and amenities close by. Parking is ample and there's a nice pool area that's never too crowded. Good value for what you pay.
