  Feels like a long term investment

  It’s not cheap, but the value is clear. Low density, large space, and good location. I see this as a home we’ll stay in for decades, not just a short-term upgrade.

  Great balance of nature and city access

  This location works well for us. I commute to PJ and the drive is smooth with the expressways. But once I’m home, it feels like another world where its quiet, safe and surrounded by nature.
