Great footfall and proximity to KL city
Our retail outlet has been at Southgate for two years. The mix of office, residential, and commercial tenants keeps footfall reasonable and consistent. Being close to the KL city core and major highways means we get both walk-in and drive-in customers. The river-adjacent location is a nice bonus aesthetically. Overall a functional, well-positioned commercial address.
