As a parent, I wanted a residence where my family could enjoy some recreational time without having to travel far for every activity. The swimming pool also gives us another option for spending time together when everyone is free. I value the 24 hour security because feeling comfortable about the residential environment matters to our family. Before moving in, I would check the condition of the unit, the maintenance arrangements and any rules that apply to the shared facilities. I also plan to arrange the apartment so that everyday items are easy for everyone to access. I hope the property will be a comfortable place for us to enjoy family life and establish a steady routine.

Family Leisure Time
