  The good security here makes me feel safe as an older resident. Getting around the building is simple with the lifts and walkways. I enjoy sitting in the common spaces to read or chat. It feels safe and welcoming.

  Staying here while I study has been very convenient for classes. The commute is quick and simple most days. There are places to grab a quick meal nearby. It feels just right for student life.

  Budget Stay Solution

  I rented here while saving for a house of my own. The price was reasonable and fit my budget perfectly. The unit feels secure with helpful caretakers in the building. It is a good choice for temporary living.

  SPRINGFIELD CONDOMINIUM

  Great place to stay with good facilities, safety and very convenient, so near to all the cafes, banks, restaurants, transportation. The management is great and maintaining the surroundings well, clean and safe. It is also near to Bayan Lepas Industrial Area, airport and malls (Queensbay Mall, Queens Waterfront) and Penang 2nd bridge.

  It’s a walk up condo. Besides this one minus point.. it has actually more than 10 plus point. A low rise gem condo with 10 acres land.. strategic location with amenities of walking distance or driving distance.. like a true resort feeling!
