SqWhere Service Apartments is located off Jalan Sungai Buloh in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This is a high-rise serviced apartment development built on leasehold land where SqWhere development is placed. SqWhere is actually a mix, vibrant development consisting of this serviced apartment as well as SOVO and retail offices. The developer of this property is Selangor Dredging Berhad. It was known as Selangor Dredging Limited back then. After being listed in the main board of Bursa Malaysia two year ago, its name was changed. The company was once a tin mining company, now, it starts to focus on property business in these few years. The interior fixtures provided by SqWhere Serviced Apartments are rather exceptional too. Every unit will be provided a kitchen cabinet, gas hood and hob and refrigerator. Also, each master room and living room will be installed an air-conditioner point and piping, SMATV point and data point. Others like fibre wall socket and audio intercom will also be provided for each living room. For the parking bay, there are basement car park and podium car park. The podium car park comprises of 11 storeys. So, the parking bays are offered to those who take MRT too. Units below 1,500 sq ft are given only 2 parking bays while others can have 3 parking bays. The maintenance fee is priced at RM0.33 per sq ft (including sinking fund) in the first year. This project is estimated to be finished at 2020.

Bought a unit at SQ Where for commercial investment. The location in a growing commercial belt keeps occupancy demand healthy. Tenants range from SMEs to professional service firms. Rental returns have been steady and the property is well-positioned relative to its price point. A functional and reliable commercial real estate investment.

Good location for client-facing businesses
We chose SQ Where for our client-facing business because of its professional appearance and solid location. The address is easy for clients to find, parking is adequate, and the building looks well-maintained. There are F&B options within the area and the surrounding commercial ecosystem is functional. A credible business address without the KLCC price premium.
