  Bought Sri Akasia at a very low price point. Affordable apartments in established neighbourhoods always find tenants — budget-sensitive renters who value location stability and community over premium amenities. Occupancy has been very consistent and the yield on cost is actually quite healthy given how cheaply I acquired it. Low-cost, dependable.
