We moved to Sri Araville Townhouse because we wanted the space and privacy of landed living without giving up all the condo security features. We got both — our 3-bed, 2-bath townhouse is spacious, has a private garden, and the gated compound is safe for the kids. The community has a lovely neighbourhood feel and the pool is clean and never crowded. Very happy here.

The development is low-density and gated which gives a real sense of security and community. Neighbours are friendly and long-established. There's a nice pool and the compound is well-kept. Highway access is decent. A very liveable choice for families wanting landed-feel living.
