Spacious units in a well-run older developmen
One of the things I love about Sri Pelangi is the unit size — older condos often have much more generous layouts than modern ones. My 3-bedroom is roomy and well-ventilated. The management committee is active and the compound is always well-kept. The neighbourhood is mature with good amenities within walking distance. Great value for the spaciousness you get.

Well-maintained condo in a mature neighbourho
Sri Pelangi has surprised me positively. For an older development, it's kept in very good shape — the management is proactive about maintenance and the common areas are clean and well-presented. The units are sizeable by modern standards and the compound has good landscaping. Local amenities are all within reach and highway access is solid. A well-run older condo that delivers good value.
