Sri Putramas 3 commands slightly higher rents than the earlier phases due to better finish quality. The Jalan Kuching location means demand is perpetually strong. I've had minimal vacancy and tenants tend to renew their leases. The management maintains the building at a higher standard than older condos in the area. Good investment.

Well-connected with better facilities than ol
Compared to earlier Putramas blocks, Phase 3 has noticeably improved facilities and finishes. The pool is bigger, the gym is better equipped, and the overall building quality is higher. The surrounding neighbourhood has matured further with more F&B options. Highway access remains excellent. For those already familiar with Putramas, this is the phase to target.

Great upgrade from Sri Putramas 1 — worth the
Sri Putramas 3 is the more modern iteration of the Putramas development and it shows. Better finishes, more modern facilities, and a fresher aesthetic compared to the earlier phases. The Jalan Kuching location remains a massive advantage — access to MRR2, DUKE, and Jalan Ipoh is seamless. Nearby amenities including Giant, local eateries, and shops are all still walking distance. A solid upgrade in the same ecosystem.
