Bukit Jalil location is the biggest win here
Living at Sri Senja, the Bukit Jalil location is genuinely hard to beat at this price point. LRT access is walking distance, Pavilion Bukit Jalil is minutes away, and highway links to KL, Puchong, and beyond are excellent. The apartment itself is basic PPR-standard but functional and maintained. For affordable city-fringe living with top-tier connectivity, this is a real gem.

Affordable public housing done well in Bukit
Sri Senja and Sri Embun are among the better examples of affordable public housing in KL. The units are functional, the compound is properly managed, and the Bukit Jalil location is excellent — Pavilion Bukit Jalil, LRT, and good highways are all accessible. A well-priced entry into one of KL's best-connected southern districts. The community here has a genuine neighbourhood feel.
