  Cozy place

  SS15 is such a cozy place to live in Subang Jaya. It’s not your fancy new property with Jacuzzis and state-of-the-art gymnasiums. However, the community in this area, the warm atmosphere of known faces and access to everything you need in the vicinity more than makes up for it. The advantage is maintenance costs are a lot cheaper and you also end up stepping out of your cocoon.

  Good for business

  I rent a unit here for my electronics store. Most residents in Subang Jaya have been either coming here or living here for a very long time. I’ve got friends all around this place. Plenty of residents from SS15 come visit our store and have been long term patrons. Living here may be hectic, but you've pretty much got everything you need. Public transport is covered with the SS15 LRT station and several bus stops. Healthcare-wise, there're multiple clinics and SJMC nearby.

  Bustling with energy

  Some like a calm and lazy life, some like a busy life. I prefer the latter, and if you want to live at SS15, you should be like me too. Since the entire area is bustling with people and traffic, there’s a certain energy here that you will find hard to match. The properties here are old but built well. It’s traditional old-school living where you have to venture outside your property to meet all needs, but everything is a stone’s throw away.
