  Established Commercial Holding

  I decided to invest in a shop at Starhill Gallery because I wanted something in an established commercial location. The property gave me some confidence that it was not an untested retail development. I also like the character of the property and its more upmarket retail positioning. As an owner, I find the covered parking useful when visiting the unit for longer periods. It is also convenient when bringing clients or business partners over. The 24 hour security is another feature that I value, particularly outside normal business hours. I see this as a property that I can hold for the long term rather than something I need to sell quickly.

  Easy For Daily Operations

  The retail environment suits that purpose and gives the shop a more established commercial feel. I find the covered car park particularly useful because customers and staff do not have to worry about the weather. Security being available 24 hours is another practical benefit for daily operations. The property also has a long operating history, which was something I considered before buying. So far, I am happy with the decision.

  Strong Retail Spot

  I wanted a commercial property in a busy part of Kuala Lumpur. The Bukit Bintang setting gives the property a strong retail feel. I also like having covered parking, especially when meeting tenants or visiting the unit. The 24 hour security gives me extra peace of mind when the shop is closed.
