  A promising place

  I’m an expat working in Bayan Lepas and have rented a unit here. The layout looks functional and the facilities are decent. It’s not a luxury condo, but the surroundings feel private. Seems like good value for what you pay.

  Good for working folks

  I work near the airport, so this place is really convenient. Traffic’s not too bad, and I can reach Queensbay Mall in under 10 minutes. My unit’s bright and airy. Great spot if you just want a simple, clean home.

  Quiet corner of Penang

  Been staying here for about six months now. It’s calm and peaceful, exactly what I needed after years of city living. I like that the facilities are simple but well kept. The location is a bit out of the way, but that’s also what makes it relaxing.
