Quiet but still connected to everything
Bought a unit here three years ago and capital growth has been reasonable. The semi-private lift is a nice touch and the unit is genuinely spacious. Jelutong Expressway and Coastal Highway make it easy to get anywhere on the island quickly. Penang International Airport is about 10 minutes away which is great for frequent flyers. Management has kept the common areas clean and the security is strict. Good buy for professionals. -

Great Penang base – lifestyle and connectivit
Moved here for work at the FTZ and the location is perfect. Queensbay Mall, Bukit Jambul Complex, and loads of food options all within a short drive. Units are large compared to what you get in KL for similar money. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are properly nice. Building management has been responsive whenever we needed anything. My only gripe is that parking fills up on weekends due to commercial visitors, but manageable. -

Woke up to sea views every morning – worth ev
Been living at Summerton for over a year and it still gets me. The views over the Straits are unreal, especially from the higher floors. Queensbay Mall is literally a short walk away, and the Penang Bridge is just minutes by car. Gym and pool are well-maintained, security is tight without being intrusive. Location is seriously hard to beat – close to the FTZ, airport, and the expressway. Would recommend to anyone relocating to Penang island. -
