  Best gated landed in Sungai Long – expat fami

  We chose Sunville Residence because it offers the space a growing expat family needs. The 4,000+ sqft layout gives everyone their own space. UTAR, international schools, and The Mines are all nearby. Sungai Long Golf & Country Club is close too. Grand Saga makes commuting to KL and Cheras manageable. The bungalow units especially are impressive. Community is a good mix of local and international families.

  Worth every sen for the space and exclusivity

  Compared to high-rise living, Sunville Residence gives you something completely different – your own private 3-storey home in a gated enclave. The units are generously built with multiple living areas. Close enough to UTAR Sungai Long and AEON Cheras Selatan for daily errands. Kids can roam freely within the guarded compound. Security is very thorough. If you want landed luxury living with green surroundings, this is worth serious consideration.

  Privacy, space, and greenery – the ideal fami

  Moved into Sunville Residence in Sungai Long about a year ago and we absolutely love it. Low-density gated community with only about 60 units – it genuinely feels private and secure. Grand Saga and SILK Highway are minutes away, so UTAR, The Mines Shopping Mall, and Cheras are all accessible. Units are huge – we're in a 3-storey semi-D with a private lift. The neighbourhood is quiet, green, and safe. Perfect for growing families.
