  Freehold hillside terrace – best choice for P

  The main draw for us was the mature greenery and hill backdrop. Kids can play freely within the gated compound. We're a 5-minute drive from Tesco and there are plenty of local food options nearby. Maktab Penguruan and SMK Gelugor are also close for schooling. It's not the most glamorous address but the quality of life here is excellent. Penang Bridge and the FTZ are accessible. Highly recommend to families.

  Quiet green community near USM – Penang's bes

  Been here for almost three years and still think I made one of my best property decisions. 3-storey terrace with 4 bedrooms and a spacious garden area. The community is tight-knit – we do mooncake festival celebrations together. USM is literally across the road, great if you work or study there. Ivory Plaza and Tesco cover daily needs. Traffic on Jalan Bukit Gambier can get congested but manageable if you time it right.

  Living at Sunway Bukit Gambier feels like a proper escape from the city hustle. Surrounded by greenery and hills, the air feels genuinely fresh – a rarity in Penang. Gated and guarded community with an active residents' committee. USM is right opposite the enclave, and Tesco and Ivory Plaza are about 5 minutes away. FTZ and Greenlane are easy commutes. Ideal for families who want space, nature, and great schools all close by.

  Sunway Bukit Gambier Terrace Houses

  Fell in love with the area and community. Gated and guarded with properly built and manned guard posts. Frequent patrols by the guards. There is a nice park in the community which is well maintained and equipped. Friendly and helpful community. The area is at the foot of the hill that gives a nice view and breeze. The units there are spacious with many rooms and bathrooms. The area has covenience stores, eateries, and clinic just a walk away. Strategically located in the middle between Georgetown and Bayan Lepas.
