  Living at Sunway Geo Residences has been an absolute delight. The poolside view is truly something to behold, making every day feel like a vacation after everyday from work. Being located near Sunway Pyramid has made shopping and entertainment incredibly convenient. The exceptional security system here has made me feel safe and secure, giving me peace of mind. If you are a student, the location couldn't be better. With universities and colleges within walking distance and others just a short drive away, it has made my academic journey much more accessible. I highly recommend Sunway Geo Residences to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and safety.

  Comfortable and Convenient Living for Student

  I absolutely loved living at Sunway Geo Residences! It's clean, safe, and perfect for students like me. The area is nice, with shops close by and a beautiful park nearby. The tight security gave me peace of mind. Plus, it's conveniently located near everything I need - from food to hospitals, grocery stores, pharmacies, fast food, salons, and even Sunway Pyramid! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

  Amazing Stay with Direct Access to Sunway Geo

  I had an amazing time staying at Sunway Geo Residences. The location couldn't be better, with direct access to Sunway Geo Mall and Sunway Medical Centre. The facilities, especially the big pool with ample seating, provided a great way to unwind. The mini games area was an added bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it.

  If you need to order parcels/grab foods regularly, never live here. Not enough popbox (only 1) for two entire blocks. The rent is so expensive still don’t let us have a place to put&collect the parcels. Management lady in the office always so mad, keep on saying they don’t have the responsibility to claim our parcels. You don’t have to be responsible for claiming our parcels, just give us a space to put the parcels. We work and study outside of this apartment. Why must we need to collect the parcel face to face? Why not you state that management disclaims responsibility for parcels missing/stolen and leave the shelves as it was. Grab food okay la we will be home when we order food. But parcels are different. We don’t even know when will they arrive. Hope can make improvements on this.

  Two in one

  I have two apartments at Sunway Geo Residences, one I stay in and the other is rented out. The rental income we get for the other unit basically helps pay for our mortgage! The quality of facilities and amenities here are top notch, and the location is so convenient with so many unis and medical facilities that I don't have to worry about finding tenants either.

  I live on activities!

  I’ve been renting my unit at Sunway Geo Residences since 2019. I use all pretty much all the facilities there – the gym, squash court and table tennis tables. Relaxing in the pool and the putting green are nice activities to unwind after a tough week at work. Since we just had a kid, I have peace of mind at work as the condo has 24 hours security and Sunway Hospital is just within walking distance.

  Mixed development for the win!

  From the old apartment we used to live at, the family decided that next time we move into a new house, it should be a mixed development project. Sunway Geo Residences was just the kind of project worth investing in. So in 2018, we purchased the Type D1 3-BR as I felt it fit us perfectly. The apartment was a good upgrade with a modern construction that was likely to keep my maintenance costs low. From our previous 6-storey building, moving to the high-ride took some adjusting but I prefer it now because of the cleaner air.
