  Great Entry for Young Families or Professiona

  We bought into this building because we liked the size (~800-900 sq ft), the location near schools and the integrated township setup. The unit condition was good and finishes felt modern. That said, we always say: avoid the units facing major roads or highways, and prefer a higher floor if your budget allows — the lower ones can feel busy, and views matter for both living comfort and resale.

  Facilities & Access Are Excellent — But L

  From an investor point of view I like GeoSense: 36 storeys, 318 units, lots of amenities (infinity pool, sky lounge, gym) and every major highway nearby. The PSF asks are high (RM 550–RM 1,600+). But note it’s leasehold, and you’re paying for location and brand more than cut-price value. If you pick a lower floor or awkward orientation you may find your yield is tighter than expected.

  Top-Location in Sunway

  We moved into Sunway GeoSense in 2019 and love how much is right at our doorstep — the mall, Sunway Medical Centre, BRT station and eateries. The unit (~950 sq ft, 3 bed) gives plenty of space for our family. On weekends we stroll to Sunway Pyramid easily. The trade-off? Because it’s right in a busy township, there can be more traffic noise and you’ll feel the energy of the zone rather than a quiet suburban haven.
