  Hidden gem in the Tropicana-Sunway Damansara

  Security is tight and the management has been one of the best I've experienced. The complex is small enough that guards know residents, which creates a great community feel. British International School and SMK Tropicana are nearby for school options. Tropicana Golf and Country Resort is a short drive. For daily needs, the shop lots at Riana Green and multiple malls nearby cover everything. Quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained.

  The most beautiful low-rise condo community i

  Lived at Sunway Sutera for 18 months and genuinely loved every bit of it. The resort-style setting with mature trees, lush gardens, and a well-maintained pool area is special. Only 380 units across four blocks means it never feels crowded. Riana Green's shop lots for Arisu Korean BBQ and Domino's are right across the road. SJK(C) Damansara is next door for families. Excellent investment given consistent occupancy rates.

  Low-density resort-style living opposite Rian

  Sunway Sutera in Tropicana is one of the most relaxed, low-density condos I've lived in. Four blocks of 5–6 storeys only, beautifully landscaped. Located right opposite Riana Green with shop lots and food nearby. One Utama, Tropicana City, and The Curve are minutes away. NKVE, SPRINT, and LDP accessible. Surian MRT is not too far. The condo fees are reasonable and management is consistently good. Great for young families.
