  Affordable Sunway address with great lifestyl

  Have been renting here while working at Sunway University and it's been very practical. The Sunway township ecosystem means everything is accessible – malls, hospitals, universities, food. BRT Mentari is not far. LDP and Federal Highway give broader Klang Valley access. The apartment itself is simple but clean and management maintains common areas well. Great option if you want the Sunway address without the premium price.

  Sunway Villa Apartment is well-situated within the Bandar Sunway neighbourhood. The surrounding area has matured beautifully with good food options, banks, and convenience stores all walkable. Sunway Pyramid and Sunway University are a short drive away. LDP makes it easy to reach PJ or Subang. Units are modest but well-maintained and the management committee is active. A solid, no-fuss residential option in a great township.
