We bought this flat as an investment. With listing PSF around RM 200-300 in recent months, there’s potential upside. That said, the downside is the building is older, so maintenance could eat into returns. We focused on a higher floor, good view, and unit with less noise to make it work.

Some Aged Wear

Living here means being close to shops, buses and main roads — very handy for daily errands. The building feels older though: some fixtures are dated, paint is peeling in common areas, and lift maintenance isn’t always prompt. For the price you pay it’s acceptable, but you’ll want to inspect well.

We moved into a 3-bed unit here last year. The price was very attractive compared to nearby condos in PJ, and the unit size is decent for the budget. It’s simple living here — no frills — but you get your own place in a mature neighbourhood.
