38 units of 1-story terrace houses are proposed for construction in Phase 1 of Taman Rendang Ixora. The development is located on Lot 24818 (GM 5759) along Jalan Che Omar, Peramu Jaya, Pekan, Pahang. The houses are of Type A and will include reinforced concrete frames, concrete tile roofing, plaster ceilings, and clay brick walls. The flooring will consist of cement screed and ceramic tiles. The windows will be sliding glass and fixed glass with aluminum frames, and doors will be a mix of sliding glass doors, wood panel doors, and plywood or honeycomb core doors. The property will be fenced with 1524mm high wire mesh fencing. Each unit will come with two toilets, two hand wash basins, one aluminum sink, and two showers.
