Taman Tunku Mohd Jiwa Mergong is a development of 1-storey terrace houses located in Alor Setar, Kedah. The development offers two types of units: Type A and Type B. Type A units are priced from RM 285,000 - RM 342,820 and Type B units are priced from RM 378,220 - RM 383,760. The houses are built with a reinforced concrete frame structure, brick walls, and cement-tiled roofs. The interior ceilings are plastered, while the exterior ceilings are asbestos-free.
