Flexible Shop Lot with Mixed Use Appeal
Having a stratified shop / office lot gives us flexibility — we might run a café or leasing out parts. What matters is the right tenant mix, good signage, lighting, and clean facade. Even a great location won’t thrive without management and a curated tenant ecosystem.

Prime Commercial Lot in Elmina
We bought a Temu shop lot partly because we believe in Elmina’s growth trajectory. It’s well placed on Persiaran Atmosfera, and we expect decent foot traffic from nearby residential clusters. The risk is that in early years, traffic flow and shopper volume may lag projections, so tenant rental turnover and vacancy exposure are real concerns.
