  Independent Living

  Buying my own property was an important milestone for me, and The Bay Residences was the property I chose. I wanted a place that offered both security and opportunities to relax after work. The swimming pool and jacuzzi have become part of my weekly routine. The community atmosphere has been friendly and easy to adapt to.   Excellent Home

  As a newly married couple, we wanted a condominium that supported our lifestyle and future plans. The Bay Residences felt modern and welcoming from our first visit. The lounge has become one of our favorite places to relax together. We are happy with our decision to buy here.

  Family Choice

  My wife and I bought a unit at The Bay Residences shortly after viewing several condominiums. The playground has been great for keeping our children entertained. We have enjoyed living here since moving in.
