  Good for own stay and investment

  Been staying here for about a year now and honestly, the location’s a real win. I drive to KL daily and having LDP and NKVE nearby makes the commute so much easier—even during jam times, it’s not too bad. Everything I need is close by too—clinics, MRT, shops—so I don’t waste time running around. It’s quiet, well-kept, and honestly feels worth the money even though it's super pricey. Value keeps increasing too, so good for investment also.

  Large spacious airy home

  What made us fall in love was the layout—big windows, high ceilings, and that open-plan design that brings in so much natural light. It doesn’t feel like a typical condo. We got one of the duplex units and love the extra space—it feels more like a landed home but with condo facilities.

  Highly recommended home!

  We moved to The Breezeway mainly for the family-friendly environment, and honestly, it’s been great. The lake park is literally a short walk away, and having The Waterfront nearby makes life so convenient—groceries, coffee, weekend brunch, all sorted. The gated setup feels really safe for the kids, and the pool is gorgeous. It actually feels like we’re living in a private resort most days.
