  I need to spend less time dealing with small chores during my workweek. The launderette has been surprisingly useful when my schedule gets too busy to manage laundry regularly. I also appreciate the mini mart because I can pick up basic items without making a separate shopping trip. When I finish work early, I sometimes use the gymnasium room before heading back to my unit. The covered car park is another practical feature because I drive most days. I like having 24 hours security as my working hours are not always predictable.
